8-18-08  "Hello Everyone" WOW it's hard to believe summer will soon be over it has went by fast with a lot of good fishing trips had by all. We have fall is just around the corner and the cooler weather with it on the way it has been a hot and dry summer and some cooler weather will be OK by me. Well, that is enough about the weather on to the fishing. The trout fishing has turned on good it has been slow thanks to Dolly coming through the water has been dirty and windy days has made trout fishing hard but not now the wind has been lighter and the water greener and the trout are snapping they are hitting live piggies at the wells. The reds have been hit and miss for me they are on the flats in the pot holes. Best baits, live piggies and finger mullet are working also if you can get some cut skip jack works good to. The reds will soon be schooling up for some hot action on gold spoons there are only a few dates left in September don't miss out.
